Building Repairs and Restoration Donation

Historic buildings are a tangible link to our past. They tell a story. Driving down 6A is a beautiful experience of the past with rolling drives and beautiful homes. These older buildings and homes keep our stories and history alive. Restoring historic buildings stay true to the original aesthetic and provides us with an educational tool for the history, art, architecture and engineering of the time period when the building was originally constructed. The Barnstable Historical Society’s home for their collection is the Phinney-Jones house and it does a wonderful job of preserving the past, but needs your help to repair and paint the exterior of the home to our historic museum.
